Listen carefully and fill in the missing words:

Dennis: What are we cooking Janet?

Janet: Spanish omelets.

Dennis: Did you hear that folks? Today we're cooking Spanish omelets. I love omelets, don't you?
And of course, as we all know, the main ingredient ______________ omelets are eggs.
Eggs...little round white things, like this, kind of round...

Janet: __________ the counter, ____________ you.

Dennis: So our eggs. Now then, we have our eggs and the recipe calls _________ four eggs.
One, two, three, and four.
We take our three eggs and break them ____________ the bowl.
And of course omelets are good ____________ you and they are fun to eat.
And not only that, they're really easy to make.
And once we have our three eggs ___________ the bowl, we add a little milk.
Where is the milk Janet?

Janet: ____________ the fridge, ____________ you

Dennis: Fridge. Always a good idea to keep your milk __________ the fridge.
OK. So we add a little milk and then we beat the whole thing together.
Now, you can use one of these hand beaters, or you can use one of these
electric beaters, like I'm gonna use.
Always remember to keep the beater ________ low.
