Job Description:
- Meet and greet potential participants
- Register participants
- Answer phones and document incoming inquiries
- At times assist with testing
- Relate program registration to potential participants
- Ensuring that forms are available to other YCLC staff
- Answering and taking note of incoming inquires via phone, fax or email
- Conduct follow-up with potential students
- Bilingual: English/Creole or Trilingual: English/Spanish & Creole
Core Competencies:
- Knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets
- 1-year customer service experience
- Ability to be flexible
- Ability to speak, read and write Creole
Salary Range:
$20-23 an hour
Hours per week:
Monday: 9am-4pm
Tuesday: 9am-4pm
Thursday:9am-4pm
