1 Part-time Evening ESOL Instructor Needed
CAMBA needs an ESOL instructor to teach part-time at its Education Center and deliver instruction online (via Zoom) until in-person classes can restart at 955 Flatbush Avenue – Brooklyn, N.Y. The class will meet in the evening from 5:30 to 8:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
It is required that candidates have at least a BA/BS in education or a related field and at least 2 years of experience as an ESOL instructor; MA/MS preferred. Candidates must have experience teaching online (especially on Zoom) and must be familiar with internet resources of relevance to English learners and be able to integrate technology and workplace skills into classroom instruction. Applicants with experience in computer-assisted instruction, who are self-starters, and highly organized are preferred.
