Venture V Program for SNAP Participants

• Provides job placement services
• Places program candidates in employment opportunities
• Provides ongoing support to promote job retention
• Develop and maintain industry contacts in the healthcare legal and business sectors to place:

 
Certified Nurse Aide (CNA); Emergency Medical Technician (EMT); Certified Home Health Aide; Pharmacy Technician

• Maintain detailed records of contacts, referrals, appointments and placements
• 3-6 month follow-up with participants after placement
• Provide soft-skills support (resume development, interviewing techniques)
• Work closely with program administrators and coordinator

 
Qualifications:

• History of successful job placement of candidates
• Proven experience establishing strong relationships with community businesses and agencies
• Experience working with diverse populations
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
• Availability to work evening and weekend hours when required

 
Compensation: $40-$45/hour based on education and experience
