Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Director/Director (AD/D) in the daily management of enrollment, placement, retention and outcomes for program area
- Develop and evaluate new programs based on fund or grant requirements including developing curriculum
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders including: union organizers, delegates, employers, industry associations and educational institutions/providers
- Provide input to AD/D to create goals and objectives of the department and develop, design and implement new programs/workshops based on stakeholder input
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, Human/Social Services, HealthCare or related field; Master’s degree or equivalent years of experience preferred
- Minimum 4 years experience in adult education, training or workforce development plus 1 year supervisory experience required
- Available to work flexible hours including some evenings and Saturdays as required
